Man arrested in robbery attempt at Navy Exchange
A 34-year-old man was arrested Saturday after attempting to rob three men at the Navy Exchange Mall at Pearl Harbor, police said.
The man, of a Wahiawa address, allegedly brandished a knife while threatening the victims — ages 24, 39 and 41 — and trying to take their property at about 2:45 p.m. Saturday.
Police were called and arrested the man at the mall, 4725 Bougainville Drive, at about 4:15 p.m. for investigation of four counts of first-degree robbery, terroristic threatening, and unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle.

scary
Babooze.
I 2nd that!
Seems those 3 guys could have taken him down and a side trip to the ER…..just saying…
I thought the same thing.
Three guys could surround him and grab something that could be used as a weapon.
scooters, some guys value their lives more than a few hundred dollars worth of merchandise. If that were me with a knife pointed at me, I’d hand over what I’d bought. Marauders, the last six words in the article means that he or a part of him was inside the car, WITH the knife. Kinda too late to surround him. Without the weapon, it might’ve been a different scenario.
Federal offense – Lock him up
To do this on federal property….need some brains……..
Luckily having brains is not a prerequisite for being a criminal.
