FBI, NYPD assess possible al-Qaida threat on eve of U.S. election
NEW YORK » The FBI and New York Police Department say they are assessing the credibility of information they received of a possible al-Qaida terror attack against the U.S. on the eve of Election Day.
Officials said today that counterterrorism investigators are reviewing the information that mentioned New York, Texas and Virginia as potential targets.
It wasn’t immediately clear how the intelligence came to investigators’ attention. An NYPD spokesman says in a statement the information “lacks specificity.”
In a statement, the FBI said it was working closely with law enforcement agencies and sharing intelligence reports.
Officials say they regularly assess all possible security threats ahead of major events.
Election Day is Tuesday, and both Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton and Republican nominee Donald Trump are holding their Election Day parties in New York City.

These terrorist, who do you think they want winning the presidential election? These terrorist/migrants in European countries are creating riots and havoc. Raping of women up big time due to this migrants entering these European counties with no borders, no way of vetting them. Not hearing much of these news that is happening in Europe by the mainstream media. Be careful if traveling to Europe.
We will have an incident if the voting numbers shows Trump winning by great numbers. If the woman is ahead no need to worry. People who know the Clinton agenda has stated before this that you can expect something to happen if the woman is behind in the voting.
