Brief lane closure snarls traffic along H-2 in Mililani
Police have reopened all lanes on the H-2 freeway northbound in Mililani.
The lanes were briefly closed just before noon due to debris on the roadway from an earlier motor vehicle accident.
The closure backed up traffic all the way to Waiawa.
No serious injuries from the traffic accident were immediately reported.

Wonder how many hours it took them to investigate. How sad that we’re stuck with these incompetent people. This would have been cleaned up in fifteen minutes on the mainland. Lucky we live Hawaii.
there was no investigation..just incompetent drivers..it was a semi truck that crashed..knocked down a light pole..looks like his rear wheels came off and oil spilled..that’s why it took so long to open all the lanes
Truck drivers have no business getting into accidents. It is their job to keep their equipment safe.
Mililani people think rail is going to be their ticket out of this kind of mess. Get used to worse.
