Winemaker Bruce Neyers will introduce a selection of his wines at a dinner Aug. 13 at 12th Ave Grill.
The dinner will include a wide range of Neyers Vineyards’ wines, from the “304” 2013 Chardonnay to the 2014 Vista Luna Zinfandel. Also featured will be wines from the Kermit Lynch Wines international portfolio, of which Neyers is curator.
On the menu: Konbu- cured Ewa watermelon, a charcuterie platter, smoked confit duck fritters, balsamic-roasted vegetables, braised beef cheeks and Niihau lamb sliders.
