Do you support the use of United States combat troops in Syria to defeat ISIS, or to end the rule of President Bashar al-Assad?

I support the decision of the president as our chief executive officer. Although I personally oppose to war in any circumstance, I still believe in the importance of national security and protecting the United States of America and its citizens.

Should the United States recognize a Native Hawaiian government through an administrative rule or an act of Congress?

An administrative rule helps establish an administrative procedure and criteria that the Secretary of Interior would use that is consistent with the federal policy of indigenous self-determination and Native self-governance. In other words the Native Hawaiian community itself would determine whether and how to reorganize its government.

What changes should be made to the federal Affordable Care Act?

Changes I would like to see are user-friendly enrollment portals (Healthcare.gov). Also, up-to-date directories of participating physicians and hospitals. Improving network adequacy standards, transparency, and strengthen rights of appeal. Lastly, that all of the states who declined to get involved in the affordable care act.

Should the federal government legalize marijuana?

In my opinion, states should have the right to regulate marijuana the same way that state and local laws now govern the sale of alcohol and tobacco.
