>> The U.S. women’s volleyball team defeated Cuba 3-2 Monday in the XV Pan-American Cup. A “Hawaii Beat” item on Page C6 Tuesday said the victory was over Trinidad & Tobago. The U.S. actually defeated Trinidad & Tobago, 3-0, on Sunday.

>> The cost to revamp a state website that helps hikers find sanctioned trails in Hawaii was $40,000. A Page B2 story on June 6 reported the cost was estimated at $80,000.
