In Hawaii, killing someone with a car is an accident. Perfect way to murder someone. Just get behind the wheel.

How you know the pedestrian wasn’t drunk or on drugs and walking into the street? How you know that the pedestrian wasn’t trying to commit suicide? Pedestrians need to take responsibility and keep THEMSELVES safe. You can’t just go onto the roadway and claim that pedestrians are always right.

Picture caption say Hilu St., Article says Huli St. Good editing.

However, we send our condolences to the family.

We need to wear suits of armor while crossing streets.

Cellphone involved? Most likely. The sooner we get self driving ubers, the better. Hawaii is littered with horrid drivers.
