Hawaii softball loses twice
The Hawaii softball team struggled to find hits in a pair of losses today.
Host Hawaii lost 4-0 to Iowa and 3-2 to Texas on the final day of the Hawaii Pacific Health Rainbow Wahine Classic. The Rainbow Wahine (16-17) finished the tournament 3-3.
Hawaii managed just seven hits in the two games. The Rainbow Wahine loaded the bases with two out against Texas (19-6) in the bottom of the seventh, but Tayana Mata struck out to end the game.
Hawaii had just two hits in the loss to Iowa (8-16).

Bob Coolen, got to get the players. Where are the players? Record of 16-17 is not good enough. We expect a run into the College World Series every year.
