Those who appreciate a good cup of joe will enjoy Honolulu Coffee Experience Center even as they enter the building, where the aroma of roasting beans greets them at the door. Honolulu Coffee has maximized on the trend of farm-to-table consumer education with in-house coffee production — a fully functioning roaster and a cupping room, commandeered by roasting experts and one of Hawaii’s top baristas. These open production areas share space with a coffee bar, impressive pastry case, dining areas, viewable pastry kitchen, gift shop and miniature coffee museum. The center is run by general manager Jon S. Chadwick.
