Small quake hits south of Maui
A small tremor struck south of Maui at about 3:18 p.m. today.
The earthquake, with a preliminary magnitude of 3.0, was centered 20 miles southwest of Kihei and 21 miles south of Lahaina, at a depth of about 6.2 miles, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
