Man seriously injured in fall at Mokulua Islands
An 18-year-old man was seriously injured Friday afternoon when he fell while climbing up the backside of the Mokulua Islands.
The man fell approximately 15 to 18 feet, according to an Emergency Medical Services spokesperson.
Ocean Safety personnel secured and stabilized the man and brought him to shore via jet ski.
Paramedics provided advanced life support and transported the man to a local trauma center with injures to his head, hip and legs.
