Suspect sought in attempted baby kidnapping, robbery
Police are looking for a man who tried to kidnap a baby during an aborted robbery attempt in Kaneohe Wednesday afternoon.
A police report said the incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. The suspect demanded money and jewelry and then the 29-year-old woman’s child. However, he fled the scene empty handed. No injuries were reported.
