Moped driver hurt when tire blows
An 18-year-old man was in serious condition Sunday following a moped crash on Pali Highway near Kuakini Street.
According to an Emergency Medical Services report, the man lost control of the moped when one of the tires blew.
The incident occurred around 5:45 p.m.
He was transported by paramedics to a local trauma center.
