Power restored after Ala Moana outage
Electricity has been restored to about 350 customers in the Ala Moana and Atkinson area after an power failure at about 5 a.m.
A Hawaiian Electric Co. spokesman said the outage began at about 5 a.m. and was caused by a problem with underground lines.
Several traffic lights in the area were knocked out and police issued a traffic advisory.
Power was restored to all customers by 7 a.m.
