Arrest made in death of 20-year-old on Molokai
Police have arrested a 39-year-old man on suspicion of murder in connection with the death of a resident on Molokai.
The arrest was made at 12:37 p.m. Wednesday, and the man remains in custody. He has not been charged and the investigation is ongoing.
The victim, Koshari Kahikili, 20, of Mapulehu, was found motionless on the road on Tuesday near mile post 15 on Kamehameha Highway in Mapulehu. Emergency crews were unable to revive Kahikili, who was pronouced dead at the scene.
