Victim found at Pokai Bay is identified
The Medical Examiner’s Office identified the 52-year-old man who was found unresponsive on the shoreline at Pokai Bay, and later died at the hospital, as John Koppenhaver.
The victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition by paramedics around 5:45 p.m. Sunday and died at the hospital.
The cause of death is pending further tests.
