Shark sighting closes Nanakuli beach
A shark sighting Tuesday afternoon prompted Ocean Safety officials to close Nanakuli Beach Park.
Lifeguards spotted an 8-foot shark about 100-150 yards from shore, spinning out of the water.
Officials cleared the water and posted warning signs.
