Police say suspects in beach theft were driving stolen mopeds
Two men arrested for alleged beach thefts were also driving stolen mopeds, police said.
Officers arrested the men, ages 21 and 22, at about 2:20 p.m. for allegedly stealing property from an East Oahu beach.
One of the suspects also had drugs on him, police said.
