Witness holds theft suspect in Waialae until police arrive
A witness caught and detained a woman seen stealing items from a vehicle in Waialae early Thursday morning, police said.
The victim identified the items allegedly stolen from the vehicle and police arrested a 20-year-old woman on suspicion of unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle
