Mililani man, 21, arrested in domestic abuse case
A 21-year-old Mililani man was arrested Monday after he allegedly tried to strangle his girlfriend during an argument.
Police said the incident occurred at 11 a.m. The suspect was arrested on suspicion of abusing the 18-year-old victim.
