Purse-snatching suspect arrested in Waikiki
Police arrested a 30-year-old man Friday evening after he allegedly used force to steal a 29-year-old woman’s purse with force in the Waikiki area.
The incident occurred around 5:35 p.m. and the man was located about 20 minutes later and arrested on suspicion of second-degree robbery, police said.
