Watchful neighbor helps police catch alleged burglar
An alert neighbor helped police catch a burglary suspect in Ewa Beach.
Police said the neighbor called police after witnessing a man burglarizing a home in Ewa Beach Sunday afternoon.
Arriving officers arrested a 48-year-old man.
