Police charge 3 in armed robbery in Pearl City

Two men and a woman are being held this weekend in lieu of a total $1 million bail for the gunpoint robbery of two 26-year-old men in Pearl City earlier this month.

Prosecutors charged all three late Friday for allegedly kidnapping and robbing the two men at gunpoint.

Police said the trio allegedly took personal property at gunpoint 1:30 a.m. June 9 from the two men.

The three suspects were positively identified, and they were arrested at different times.

Police on Thursday arrested Justin Agustine, 36, of Pearl City, on suspicion of two counts of robbery, two counts of kidnapping, drug and numerous weapons offenses. He was charged with all the robbery, kidnapping and weapons offenses. His bail was set at $750,000.

Officers on Friday afternoon arrested a 41-year-old man with no local address on suspicion of two counts of kidnapping and two counts of first-degree robbery. Tupuola Eucharis was charged with all four offenses. His bail was set at $100,000.

A few hours later, police arrested Sharolynn Niumata on suspicion of two counts of kidnapping and two counts of first-degree robbery. The 41-year-old Waianae woman was charged with all four offenses. Her bail was set at $150,000.
