Kapiolani morning contraflow lane to resume this morning
The morning Ewa-bound contraflow lane on Kapiolani Boulevard will resume Wednesday between Mahiahi and Ward streets, city officials said.
The contraflow lane had been suspended for construction of new bus pads along Kapiolani earlier this week.
