Police charge alleged driver of stolen car
Police have charged a 30-year-old man in connection with a stolen vehicle.
Police say they observed Shykhan Ili-Deal driving the vehicle in Kahuku on Saturday and arrested him.
Ili-Deal, who does not have a local address, was charged with unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle. His bail was set at $11,000.
