Man charged with abusing wife a second time
Prosecutors today charged a 27-year-old Salt Lake man who allegedly assaulted his wife a second time after bailing himself out.
Police arrested the man for allegedly abusing his wife 10 a.m. Thursday, and issued a 24-hour warning. He bailed himself out, returned and abused his wife again.
Jeremy Javillo turned himself in Monday to the police main station.
He was charged with second-degree assault and violating a 24-hour warning. His bail was set at $50,000.
