Hawaiian gets new plane
Hawaiian Airlines has expanded its fleet of Airbus A330-200s. The carrier’s 10th A330 — and first of five to be delivered this year — was put into service Friday on a flight to Las Vegas from Honolulu.
Hawaiian will receive 12 more of the wide-body jets toward a total of 22 by 2015. The A330 seats 294 passengers, 30 more than the Boeing 767-300ERs Hawaiian is phasing out of its fleet.
