Regents begin annual evaluation of UH’s Greenwood next week
The University of Hawaii Board of Regents met in public and behind closed doors Wednesday the Campus Center Ballroom. Regents Vice Chairman James Lee and UH President M.R.C. Greenwood were present.
The University of Hawaii Board of Regents will begin its annual evaluation of UH President M.R.C. Greenwood at its monthly meeting next week on Maui.
The regents are also scheduled to continue their closed-door discussion on Greenwood’s future at the university.
Both items are on the executive session agenda for the Nov. 15 meeting at UH Maui College.
The regents will also release a task group report on the failed Stevie Wonder concert. The report, prepared by the accounting firm of KMH LLP under a $50,000 contract, is expected to look at the accounting procedures and controls at the athletic department and UH system to see if procedures were violated and if changes need to be made to prevent a similar incident from happening again.
According to the meeting agenda, the regents will also look at an undocumented immigrant policy proposal and policies on mandatory student fees.
