Humid, voggy conditions expected to continue today
The hot, humid, voggy conditions that steeped the state Wednesday will continue today.
A combination of moisture from the deep tropics and a stalled front northwest of the state are forecast to hang around through Friday, when trade winds are expected to return, according to the National Weather Service.
Meanwhile, there is a chance of heavy showers and even thunderstorms for Molokai and Windward Oahu this morning, the weather service said.
The south swell continues its slide today, but a northwest swell is expected to arrive tonight and build to advisory levels Friday, forecasters said.
