A man accused of murdering a friend was charged by prosecutors Thursday afternoon and is being held in lieu of $2 million bail.
Teddy Munet, 29, was charged with second-degree murder in connection with the death of William “Billy” Fallau, whose lifeless body was found with a bullet in the back of his neck by hikers a Kawainui State Park on the afternoon of July 19.
