Firefighters responded to a 1:37 p.m. report of a house fire today in the 1200 block of Mokulua Drive and had the fire under control at 2:13 p.m. The three occupants were not home at the time of the fire.

Firefighters extinguished a fire that heavily damaged a Lanikai house this afternoon.
Firefighters responded to a 1:37 p.m. report of a house fire in the 1200 block of Mokulua Drive and had the fire under control at 2:13 p.m. The three occupants were not home at the time of the fire.
An 18-year-old woman was treated at a hospital for smoke inhalation.
Damage was estimated at $360,000 to the building and contents.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
