Oahu median home price rose 12% to $664,000 in May
Sales of Oahu single-family homes in May were flat at 243 homes sold, while the median price climbed 11.6 percent to $664,000, the Honolulu Board of Realtors said today.
Also in May 371 condominiums were sold, up 12 percent from 290 sold in May 2011. The median price for condos rose to $300,000, up 3.4 percent from a year earlier.
