Kaneohe man charged with intimidating witness
A 46-year-old Kaneohe man is charged with intimidating a witness, police said.
Bail for Francis K. S. Kim is set at $50,000.
Police said Kim threatened a 51-year-old man to induce the victim to be absent during an official proceeding about 9:50 a.m. Tuesday in Kaneohe.
Police arrested Kim at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday.
