3. Minnesota
Needs: CB, LT, WR, S, G, LB, DT
Matt Kalil, LT, USC
Well-schooled at pass blocking. Has good feet, balance. Might not be a power-driving run-blocker yet. Vikings haven’t drafted OT this high since Ron Yary (also USC) in 1968. Options: Trade down with QB-starved team.

Needs: RB, WR, QB, RT, CB, OLB

5. Tampa Bay
Needs: CB, RB, LB, SS, TE
Morris Claiborne, CB, LSU
Playmaker with elite ball skills, with makeup speed that’s faster than his 40 (4.43). Often looks like the receiver instead of defender. Options: Richardson if he is bypassed.
6. St. Louis
Needs: WR, OL, CB, OLB, DT
Justin Blackmon, WR, Oklahoma State
A playmaker who breaks tackles and never seems to get run down. QB Sam Bradford needs weapons and protection. Options: Claiborne; OT Kalil or Riley Reiff.
7. Jacksonville
Needs: DE, WR, CB, RT
Melvin Ingram, DE/OLB, South Carolina

15. Philadelphia
Needs: OLB, SS, OT, DT
Mark Barron, S, Alabama
Physical safety. With his size (6-2, 218, 4.56), he’s more of a strong than a free. Eagles might need to move ahead of Cowboys to get him. Options: OLB/DE Upshaw, ILB Kuechly, DE Coples.
16. N.Y. Jets
Needs: OLB, WR, S, RT, RB, TE

17. Cincinnati (from Oakland)
Needs: G, WR, CB, DE
Cordy Glenn, OL, Georgia

18. San Diego
Needs: OLB, SS, CB, RB, OL, DE

Needs: OLB, FS, DE, RB, CB, C
Nick Perry, DE/OLB, USC
Has all the tools (6-3, 271, 4.64, 35 reps, 38.5 vertical), but seems to be a pass rusher only and not a run stuffer and not instinctive in space. Looks like a 240- to 250-pounder. Options: DE Jones, C Peter Konz.
29. Baltimore
Needs: C, G, OLB, S, DL
