Kaiser Permanente Hawaii has completed the expansion and renovation of its pharmacy at the Maui Lani Clinic.
The renovation added 1,000 square feet of space to the existing pharmacy, including doubling the amount of customer service windows to 10 from five, and a dedicated waiting area with additional seating inside the pharmacy. The renovation also included relocating the front entrance of the clinic closer to the patient drop-off area.
Construction on the project started last June, with work completed in two major phases to keep the pharmacy and clinic operational during the renovation. Completion of the project was celebrated Friday.
R. Hartman Architect and Arita Poulson General Contracting were principals on the project.
Clinic hours at Maui Lani, including the pharmacy, are from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
