Police are looking for a man in his 20s who allegedly stabbed a 22-year-old man in Kalihi at about 7:50 p.m. Tuesday night.

Police said the victim intervened in an argument outside of his home when the suspect, who was involved in the argument, brandished a knife, chased him and stabbed him as the victim was trying to get away.

Paramedics took the 22-year-old man to a local hospital, where he was treated and released.

Police said the suspect fled the scene. Police did not release a description of the suspect.
