Woman nearly drowns off a Waikiki beach
A 27-year-old woman was in serious condition after nearly drowning off a Waikiki beach.
Paramedics were dispatched about 2:20 p.m.Wednesday. According to dispatch reports, the woman got in trouble while walking and winding up in deep water. She swallowed a large amount of seawater. Paramedics took her to Kauakini Medical Center.
