Man charged in alleged threat to officer writing parking ticket
A 22-year-old Kaimuki man was charged with harassment Friday after allegedly threatening a police officer who wrote him a parking ticket in Waikiki.
The officer was citing the man’s illegally parked vehicle about 2:20 p.m. when the man came out and threatened the officer with physical harm, police said.
He was arrested and charged with terroristic threatening. Bail was set at $100.
