Man discovered in Waikiki hotel with marks on wrist, no memory of what happened
Police have opened a kidnapping investigation after a 46-year-old man at a Waikiki hotel discovered ligature marks on his wrist and had no memory of what had happened to him.
Hotel security went to the man’s room Saturday afternoon after receiving numerous dropped calls, police said.
The man was taken to a hospital for observation.
