Waipahu man accidentally wings kin with handgun
A Waipahu man, 48, accidentally injured a family member with a bullet outside his home Sunday morning, police said.
The man fired a handgun toward the ground on Ohilau Place shortly after 2 a.m., police said.
The bullet ricocheted and grazed a 27-year-old man.
Patrol officers arrested the older man for investigation of reckless endangering and abuse of a family or household member.
