Man bites off half of roommate’s ear
A 54-year-old man bit off part of a 51-year-old man’s ear Friday in Waipahu, police said.
The injury happened during a fight between the two roommates about 3:30 p.m. Police said the older man bit off the upper half of the other man’s ear.
Officers found the man at his Lumioahu Street home Saturday afternoon and arrested him on suspicion of first-degree assault.
