Man is in serious condition after nearly drowning at Sandy Beach
A man in his early 30s was taken to the hospital in serious condition after nearly drowning at Sandy Beach, an emergency medical official said.
The man ran into trouble about 5:20 p.m. Tuesday. Fire Capt. Terry Seelig said the man was conscious when firefighters arrived to help.
