Teen arrested for alleged cell phone battery theft in Waikiki
A 16-year-old boy was arrested yesterday and charged with stealing a cell phone battery.
Police said the robbery occurred Jan. 15 in Waikiki when the suspect confronted a 25-year-old man and took his cell phone battery.
The victim spotted the suspect yesterday in Waikiki and called police.
