Man charged in December sex assault
Police arrested an 18-year-old Honolulu man on multiple sexual assault charges related to an incident last month involving an 18-year-old woman.
Dominic Avalos has been charged with two counts of first-degree sexual assault, two counts of attempted sexual assault in the first degree, and eight counts of third-degree sexual assault.
The assaults allegedly took place at a Kapiolani address around 1 a.m. on Dec. 21.
Avalos’ bail was set at $25,000.
