Honolulu police say a woman who suspected two 17-year-old boys of stealing cash and drugs arranged to have them kidnapped and then threatened and beat them in an attempt to retrieve the drugs and $4,000 in cash.

Police arrested the woman and three men for kidnapping, assault, robbery and terroristic threatening. Police say the last man turned himself in to the Kapolei Police Station yesterday.

The alleged kidnapping happened in Waianae on Oct. 11. Police say the group took money from one of the boys and then dropped them off at their homes. Their parents called police.
