» Food activist Frances Moore Lappe’s lecture tomorrow begins at noon at Kuykendall Auditorium 101 at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. An incorrect time was listed in a brief on Page E8 Wednesday. The online edition has been corrected.

» Attorney Ken Shimozono described charges of wrongdoing by his client and other Honolulu police officers as "a misguided investigation that has taken on a life of its own." Jeff Hawk, an attorney for another officer, said the prosecutor’s office is "making a mountain out of a molehill." The attributions for the two quotes were transposed in a Page C1 article Wednesday. » The Honolulu Symphony musicians union withdrew an unfair labor practices complaint against the Honolulu Symphony Society on Oct. 15. The Honolulu Symphony Society, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on Dec. 18, asked the court for an extension of the "exclusivity period," during which only the Symphony Society can file a reorganization plan. That request was denied, and the exclusivity period expired in April. The musicians have not filed administrative claims against the Symphony Society since it filed for bankruptcy. A Bloomberg News story on Page B6 yesterday had erroneous information. The online edition has been corrected.
