» Hawaii nonprofit groups can visit www.irs.gov/charities/article/0,,id=225889,00.html to find out if the IRS considers them at risk of losing their tax-exempt status tomorrow. A Page B1 graphic yesterday listed another Web address. The online edition has been corrected.
» Ron Deguzman is the chef at Stage Restaurant. His name was listed as Elmer de Guzman on Page 58 of Sunday’s ‘Ilima Awards restaurant guide.
» Duck and Ok Ran Kang are legal U.S. residents. An Oct. 5 editorial on Page A11 stated that they are U.S. citizens. The online edition has been corrected.
» The farmers market booth shown in a Page A15 photo on Oct. 6 was at Kaiser High School. The caption stated it was at Kalani High School. The online edition has been corrected.
» Pablo’s Cantina opening nights’ fundraisers benefited the Make-A-Wish Foundation from Oct. 6 through Sunday , not through Saturday. The Hawaii Polo Club will receive 50 percent of the restaurant’s proceeds on the night of Oct. 21, not Oct. 20. And after the initial fundraisers, Pablo’s will set aside 10 cents, not 10 percent, from each customer check for a charity. TheBuzz on Page B6 Oct. 6 contained incorrect information.
