Ex-Saint Louis star Scott Smith suspended
Former Saint Louis School defensive end Scott Smith was suspended indefinitely by coach Tommy Tuberville for an unspecified violation of team rules.
Texas Tech made the announcement Friday. Texas Tech played Baylor today.
A junior college transfer, Smith has three sacks and 14 tackles. He was dominant in a loss to Texas with two sacks, a fumble recovery, an interception and a tipped pass that was picked off by a teammate.
