» The cause of the July 6 fire aboard the Hawaii Duck Tours boat Hanauma Bay Duck has not been determined. Also, the company is fixing the wires on its boat Pearl Harbor Duck. A headline and article on Page B-4 last Saturday, Aug. 28, reported faulty wires were to blame for the fire and that the company was fixing the wires on the burned boat. The story has been corrected.

» Army Sgt. 1st Class Sualauvi Tuimalealiifano, who was paralyzed in Afghanistan, is having a private dedication ceremony for his Kapolei home which was recently made wheelchair-accessible. A Page A2 article Thursday said the dedication was open to the public. The story has been corrected.

» Samson Zimmerman had a sack for Leilehua High School in Friday’s game against Campbell. A story on Page C7 yesterday credited Elijah Barro with the play. The story has been corrected.
