» Informal gatherings were held Wednesday and Thursday at Punahou School to honor longtime teacher Hattie Eldredge Phillips. A Page A30 obituary yesterday reported that they were held Thursday and yesterday. Also, Phillips was still a full-time faculty member at Punahou. The article reported she was retired. The online edition has been corrected.
» Upgrades to Honouliuli and Sand Island sewage treatment plants will cost about $1.2 billion, and some of that cost is included in an estimated $3.5 billion worth of projects agreed to in the settlement of a lawsuit over the city’s wastewater system. A story and headline on Page A19 yesterday reported the $1.2 billion was in addition to the $3.5 billion for a total of $4.7 billion. The online edition has been corrected.
» The free "Expressions of Experience" performance at Earl Ernst Lab Theatre on Wednesday does not have public contact information. The phone number and website listed on Page 5 of TGIF yesterday belong to another venue.
» Hawaii public school students were last tested for science proficiency in fall 2007. This year was the first time that they have been tested for science in the spring. A Page A19 article on Thursday said students were tested for science proficiency for the first time this year. The online edition has been corrected.
